Before Purchasing

First of all thank you for considering VeryPuzzle products. If you are new to VeryPuzzle, please take a minute to read this page before purchasing.

1. Communications are well received. Try it whenever necessary.

2. Registration
   • Registration is not required for purchasing.
   • Comment is only open to registered customers -> registration page.
3. Purchasing and payment
   • You can purchase online or order through email.
   • PayPal and wire transfer ( wholesale orders ) are both accepted.
4. Shipping
   • Preparing time is one week, unless explicitly stated at product page.
   • By default, billing address will be used as shipping address. You can change it during checkout process.
   • Yunexpress is our primary shipper. They usually deliver goods in about 2 weeks to where they have direct freight ( which covers most countries & regions ). Otherwise postal service could be used, expect a delivery around 2 months.
   • [This is a major change in 2026] Shipping fee is not included in all physical products. It is averaged out as 5$ ( first 100g ) + 2$ ( per 100g added , or 20$ per kg ). Weight of the products can be actual or volumetric. Feel free to request a manual update of shipping cost when there are multiple items. Keep the order and don’t pay. Email us and we’ll update it accordingly. Then find your order and continue to pay. In this case you need to register to find your unfinished order.
   • Tracking number(s) will be updated to your order history as well as your email, if applicable. Manual email inquiry with trackable information ( needed to find your order ) is OK.
   • Common problems like incorrect number of parts / defected products / parts lost or broken / shipping damage etc can usually be solved by sending repairing parts.
   • Return is usually costly and will count on buyer. Let’s keep up communication before and after purchase.
5. Yearly discount: 3 days during Mid Autumn Festival, there’s a discount of 20%~25% off.
6. Sticker sets. All sticker sets of all products are subject to change without notice due to instability of certain color / material. The sample pictures were usually taken from their first launches and are not to be considered exact representations of current sticker sets.
